Return Policy

If your butt is broken, you can return your unopened TUSHY bidet for store credit only within 30 days of your original order date. Please be sure to contact our Juyangnrg Customer Service first—we have a solution for almost any installation situation!

All returns must be pre-authorized through our returns portal. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

To initiate a return, please use our self-service returns portal.

To be eligible for a return, the security seal must be intact. We do not ship in outer boxes, so if you are unsure about gifting, please contact us before opening the product. Once opened, the product is non-returnable.

Store Credit Details:

- Returns will be issued as a digital product credit, not a refund.

- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7-10 business days), we will issue your credit.

- A 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.

- Store credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

TUSHY Limited Warranty:

All bidets come with a 12-month parts and equipment warranty. We will promptly replace any defective parts free of charge during the warranty period.

Return Exceptions:

Special sale items, discounted sets or two-packs, bathroom fragrances, bamboo toilet paper, TUSHY brushes, coconut shell scrubbing pads, T-shirts and merchandise, and spare parts are not eligible for returns. Orders outside the US and Canada are also not eligible for returns.
